Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photographs of the package immediately after receiving it, showing the packaging condition and the labels on it. While unpacking the product, please take a video using your mobile phone and take photographs of the product with its tags. While requesting for return, please produce these proofs along with the application. 

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@idealwears.in or by creating a ticket at Ideal Wears Help Desk after logged in to the site. The link of Help Desk is provided in the footer menu.  

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Ideal Wears, 32/415, Near BSNL, Parappanangadi PO, Malappuram District, Kerala, INDIA, Pin - 676303.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that damages due to neglect, improper usage, or expected wear & tear will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and some of the personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returning Merchandise by Mail

On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your Ideal Wears order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).

Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use one of the return labels provided on the front of your packing slip to ensure proper return address and credit information. 

Please allow 10 to 14 days for Ideal Wears to process your return.
